Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental — Newly identified drug personality was arrested during the buy bust operation conducted by Station's Drug Enforcement Team headed by Senior Inspector - Police Captain (PCPT) HANCEL P LUMANDAZ, Officer-in-Charge , yesterday, November 9, 2020 at Phase I, Purok Housing, Brgy. Canroma, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
The arrested suspect is a 38-year-old married male, identified as Agustilo Toledo, resident of Purok Krotons, Brgy. Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
During the operation, the Drug Enforcement Team confiscated and seized six (6) pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu with estimated weight of 0.9 grams (street value Php 9,000.00), one (1) unit of cellular phone and PHP 500 buy bust money.
Currently, Gamayao was placed under the custody of Pontevedra Municipal Police Station and will be charged for Violation of Sec 5 & 11, Art II of RA 9165 (Possession & Selling of Dangerous Drugs) in court.
